I am not going to analyze  Professor Potts' tenure/promotion cv at this time because she still has another promotion to full professor sometime in the future. I will refrain from writing about her professional accomplishments because I will certainly serve on her promotion committee and I therefore need to remain as neutral, objective, and unbiased as possible.
